Recipe: Uncooked Chocolate Cake


  • 500g digestive biscuits
  • 250g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of golden syrup
  • 400g chocolate


  1. Crush biscuits
  2. Melt butter, cocoa, sugar and syrup in saucepan over a low heat
  3. Remove from heat and add biscuits
  4. Put in tin and press down
  5. Put in fridge to set
  6. Melt the chocolate and pour over the biscuit base
  7. Put in fridge to set
